Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd launches new block at Aster MIMS Kottakal

Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences Limited, a material subsidiary of Aster DM Healthcare Ltd has extended its facility and launched Aster MIMS Women and Children Block, at Aster MIMS Kottakal on September 13, 2021.

Aster MIMS Women and Children Block has 75 beds with state-of-the-art facilities located at Changuvetty, Kottakal P.O Malappuram, Kerala. This shall be first exclusive and dedicated Women and Children Hospital of Aster in Kerala.

An investment of Rs. 19.5 crores have been invested through internal accruals of Malabar Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd. The new block is built on a leasehold land located adjacent to the main hospital block.

Aster MIMS Kottakal, capacity utilization is above 75% during the last 24 months and above 83% in the last 8 months.

Shares of Aster DM Healthcare Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 227.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 227.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 110310 in over 2089 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 232.3 and intraday low of 226.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25361972.
