Nava Bharat Ventures Limited updates on arbitration of Maamba Collieries Limited

Maamba Collieries Limited (MCL), Nava Bharat Ventures Limited's Zambian Subsidiary, has been pursuing international Arbitration to recover its power dues. In this regard, the arbitration hearings have since been completed on Friday, September 10, 2021. The Zambian Company expects that the Tribunal will deliver its verdict in the next few months.
