Scanpoint Geomatics Limited extends closing date of rights issue to Sep 14, 2021

In relation to the Rights Issue, the Rights Issue Committee of Scanpoint Geomatics Limited, at its meeting held today, i.e.. on September 09, 2021, has approved the extension of the Issue Closing Date by 1 (One) day and accordingly, the Issue Closing Date of the Rights Issue of the Company stands revised from Monday, September 13, 2021 to Tuesday, September 14,2021.
