Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd allots NCDs for Rs. 400 crore

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd has today i.e. September 9, 2021, approved allotment of 4000 Listed, Unsecured, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debenture of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 400 Crore (Rupees Four Hundred Crore only) with the Coupon Rate of 5.80% p.a., on private placement basis.

Shares of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 214.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 215.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 164828 in over 2399 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 219 and intraday low of 212.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35584113.
