Shine Fashions India Ltd board approves stock split

The Board of Directors of Shine Fashions (India) Ltd at its meeting held on September 08, 2021, has considered and approved the sub-division of equity shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid up into 2 (Two) equity shares of Rs. 5/- (Rupee Five only) each fully paid up of the Company subject to the approval of the Shareholders and consequential alteration in Share Capital in Memorandum of Association.
