Alfavision Overseas India Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of Alfavision Overseas India Ltd at its meeting held on 8th September 2021 recommended dividend of 2% i.e. Rs. 0.20 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2021, which shall be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), subject to approval of members.
