Mr. Karan Mehra has tendered his resignation from the Post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of Stylam Industries Ltd. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from all responsibilities, effective from the close of Business hours on September 06,2021. His successor shall be appointed shortly.
