Intense Technologies Limited allots 10 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Intense Technologies Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on September 1, 2021, allotted the 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company at an issue price of Rs. 36.93 per warrant (including premium of Rs. 34.93 per warrant) to Promoter and Non-Promoter, on preferential basis upon receipt of 25% of issue price in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.

Shares of Intense Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 72.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 74.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9158 in over 345 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 75.85 and intraday low of 72. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 670004.
