NTPC Ltd commissions Unit-2 of 800 MW capacity of Darlipali project

NTPC Ltd has announced that Unit-2 of 800 MW capacity of Darlipali Super Thermal Power Station, Stage-I (2 x 800 MW) is declared on commercial operation w.e.f 00:00 Hrs of 01.09.2021.

With this, the commercial capacity of NTPC and NTPC group will become 53225 MW and 66650 MW respectively.

Shares of NTPC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 115 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 225505 in over 1879 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 115.5 and intraday low of 113.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25884340.
