Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd board approves allotment of 7,89,473 warrants

The Board of Directors of Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd approved the allotment of 7,89,473 warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis to Mr. Punit Makharia, Chairman and Managing Director and the Promoter of the Company (allottee) at an issue price of Rs.190.00/- per warrant upon receipt of 25% of issue price from the allottee in accordance with the provision of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 by way of circular resolution on Saturday, 28th August, 2021.

Shares of Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 170.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 168.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12330 in over 537 trades.
