Max Healthcare Institute Limited to make additional investment of Rs. 50 crores in Alps Hospitals Ltd

The Board of Directors of Max Healthcare Institute Limited today i.e. August 25, 2021 has approved an additional investment for an amount upto INR 50 Crores (Indian Rupees Fifty Crores) by way of subscription towards Rights Issue of equity shares of Alps Hospitals Limited ("Alps").

Shares of Max Healthcare Institute Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 324.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 326.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 569816 in over 2029 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 332.5 and intraday low of 318.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 183597945.
