Ashoka Metcast Ltd approves issue of 1,42,86,000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Ashoka Metcast Ltd in its meeting held on August 24, 2021 considered and approved the issue of 1,42,86,000 Convertible Warrants to be converted into equal number of equity shares within a period of 18 months from the date of allotment on preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters.
