Filatex India Ltd approves preferential issue of 28 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Filatex India Ltd, in today's meeting i.e. 25th August, 2021, has considered and approved the issue of 28,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to following persons, belonging to Promoter Group, on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 95 (including Premium of Rs. 93 per share) subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (preponed) to be held on 24th September, 2021.

Shares of Filatex India Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 89.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 86.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 50499 in over 889 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 91.7 and intraday low of 86.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4527475.
