Centrum Capital Ltd to transfer two subsidiaries to proposed small finance bank

The Board of Directors of Centrum Capital Ltd at its Meeting held on August 24, 2021, has considered and approved the transfer of the entire business of its 2 (two) Wholly Owned Material Subsidiaries, respectively, i.e Centrum Financial Services Limited and Centrum Microcredit Limited, to its proposed step-down subsidiary (proposed small finance bank), via a slump sale, subject to approval of the Members and other requisite statutory and regulatory approvals.

Shares of Centrum Capital Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 33.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 32.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 307867 in over 1437 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 34.45 and intraday low of 32.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10347395.
