Excel Industries Ltd announces resignation of LIC nominee director

Mr. Praveen K. Molri (DIN: 07810173), Nominee Director, representing LIC of India, has stepped down from the position of the Nominee Director of the Company with effect from 20th August, 2021 in accordance with the latest rules in LIC of India.

Shares of Excel Industries Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1029.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1080.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8284 in over 1381 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1100 and intraday low of 1003. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8592208.
