Asian Granito India Limited board approves rights issue through fast track mode

The Board of Directors of Asian Granito India Limited at its meeting held today, commenced at 09.30 a.m. and concluded at 10.30 a.m. has, considered and approved issue of Equity Shares through Rights Issue under Fast Track Mode as the Company satisfies the conditions specified in Regulation 99 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended and the circulars issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

The Board approved the Draft Letter of Offer to be filed with BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Shares of ASIAN GRANITO INDIA LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 152.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 158.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 68607 in over 2246 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 161.6 and intraday low of 150.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10633169.
