LIC nominee steps down ITC's board

Mr. Hemant Bhargava has stepped down from the Board of Directors of ITC Limited with effect from 23rct August, 2021.

Mr. Bhargava represented the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).

Shares of ITC Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 206.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 209.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 983005 in over 14050 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 210.2 and intraday low of 206. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 204204443.
