Bajaj Finserv Ltd receives in-principle nod from SEBI for sponsoring a Mutual Fund

Bajaj Finserv Ltd has received an In-Principle approval from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide their letter dated 23 August 2021, for sponsoring a Mutual Fund.

Accordingly, the Company would be setting up an Asset Management Company and the Trustee Company, directly or indirectly i.e., itself or through its subsidiary in accordance with applicable SEBI Regulations and other applicable laws.

Shares of Bajaj Finserv Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 15280 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14971.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11482 in over 2877 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15416.05 and intraday low of 15060.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 175218948.
