NTPC commissions 15 MW Simhadri Floating Solar PV Project

Consequent upon successful commissioning of 15 MW capacity, Simhadri Floating Solar PV Project at Simhadri, Andhra Pradesh is hereby declared on commercial operation w.e.f. 10:00 Hrs. of 21.08.2021.

With this, the installed and commercial capacity of Simhadri Floating Solar PV project, NTPC and NTPC group is as follows:

Simhadri Floating Solar PV Project - 25MW (Installed Capacity) and 25MW (Commercial Capacity)

NTPC (Standalone) - 53,475 MW (Installed Capacity) 52,425 MW (Commercial Capacity)

NTPC (Group) - 66,900 MW (Installed Capacity) 65,850 MW (Commercial Capacity)

Shares of NTPC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 114.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 116.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 285213 in over 2763 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 117.9 and intraday low of 113.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 32826930.
