Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (Formerly known as Sangam Renewables Limited) have, at their meeting held today i.e., August 20, 2021, declared Interim Dividend @ 5% i.e., Rs. 0.50 per Equity Share of face value of Re. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2021-22.

Further, the record date, for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend, has been fixed as Monday, August 31, 2021.

The Interim Dividend is subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes and will be paid on or before September 18, 2021.

Shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (Formerly known as Sangam Renewables Limited) was last trading in BSE at Rs. 169.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 162.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56140 in over 350 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 170 and intraday low of 156.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9407017.
