Sumeet Industries Limited board accepts OTS proposal offered by SBI

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Sumeet Industries Limited held on 19th August, 2021, the board has considered, approved and accepted the Compromise Sanction / OTS letter with reference to Letter no. SAMB/AHM/HV/2021-22/436 date 13/08/2021 offered by State Bank of India.

The board authorised Mr. Shankarlal Somani, Director of the Company to accept and sign the proposal and to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary to complete the OTS proposal.

Shares of Sumeet Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 7.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 56764 in over 107 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 8.03 and intraday low of 7.7. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 454634.
