India Ratings Withdraws Shriram Transport Finance Company's NCD Rating

India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has withdrawn Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited's (STFC, 'IND AA+'/Stable/'IND A1+') structured non-convertible debentures (NCDs) rating of 'Provisional IND AAA(CE)'/Stable.

Ind-Ra had previously assigned a provisional rating to the transaction. STFC did not avail the facilities as envisaged, and therefore, has requested the agency to withdraw the rating. Hence, Ind-Ra is no longer required to maintain the rating, and has withdrawn the same.

Shares of Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1279 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1296.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31382 in over 1941 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1295 and intraday low of 1265. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 40162600.
