Prime Fresh Ltd board approves preferential allotment of 39,03,000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Prime Fresh Ltd at its meeting held today, Monday, 16 August, 2021, has approved the proposal for issue of 39,03,000 (Thirty Nine Lakhs Three Thousand Only) Convertible Warrants of the Company on a preferential allotment basis to Promoters and non-promoter persons / entity subject shareholder's approval at a price of Rs.56.14/- each (Rupees Fifty Six and Fourteen Paisa Only) which is arrived in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2009 aggregating to Rs.21,91,14,420 (Rupees Twenty One Crore Ninety One Lakhs Fourteen Thousands Four Hundred and Twenty Only) as arrived at in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2009.

Shares of PRIME FRESH LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 59.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 64.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6000 in over 2 trades.
