Keerthi Industries Limited board approves modernization project for manufacturing PCBs

The Board of Directors of Keerthi Industries Limited at their meeting held on 14.08.2021, have approved the proposal for undertaking a modernization project for manufacturing Printed circuit Boards at plot No.40, IDA Balanagar Hyderabad - 500037, Telangana, with an estimated project cost of INR 6 crores which includes estimated capital expenditure of INR 5 crore 90 lakhs, under the scheme for promotion of manufacturing of Electronics components and Semiconductors (SPECS) of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) of the Government of India.

Shares of Keerthi Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 155.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 148.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8281 in over 64 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 155.5 and intraday low of 155.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1287695.
