Prism Johnson Ltd to raise Rs. 95 crores through NCDs

The Board of Directors of Prism Johnson Ltd has, at its meeting held today, considered and approved raising of funds through issue of Unsecured, Redeemable, Listed, Taxable, Non-convertible Debentures, Tranche - XVIII (NCDs) of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each, aggregating to Rs. 95 Crores on private placement basis.

Shares of PRISM JOHNSON LIMITED. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 135 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 136.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22517 in over 702 trades.
