Premco Global Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Premco Global Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 12th August, 2021 has considered & approved the payment of 1st Interim Dividend of Rs.3/-per share of Rs.10 each (30%) for the financial year 2021-2022.
