Power Finance Corporation Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on August 12, 2021, have considered and approved the declaration of interim dividend @ Rs. 2.25 (Rupees Two & paisa twenty five only) per equity share (subject to deduction of TDS) on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2021-22.

The date of payment /dispatch of the aforesaid interim dividend shall be on or before September 10, 2021.
