IRCON International Ltd Board approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.45

The Board of Directors of IRCON International Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 12th August, 2021 has declared an interim dividend of Re.0.45 per equity share on the face value of Rs.2/- each (22.50% on the paid up equity share capital) for the financial year 2021-22.

The record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22 would be Saturday, 21st August 2021. The Interim Dividend will be paid on Monday, the 6th September, 2021 onwards.

Shares of IRCON International Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 44.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 42.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 479751 in over 2844 trades.
