TPL Plastech Ltd board recommends 1:1 bonus issue

The Board of directors of TPL Plastech Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended the Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Share face value of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) Equity Share face value of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of shareholders in compliance with the applicable laws.

Shares of TPL Plastech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 311.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 333.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7471 in over 550 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 347.95 and intraday low of 305.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2422491.
