GEE Ltd board recommends 1:10 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of GEE Ltd at its meeting held on August 11, 2021, has considered and recommended issuance of fully paid up Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:10 i.e 1 (One) Equity Share for every 10 (Ten) fully paid up Equity shares each, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.

Shares of GEE Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 108.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 114.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 76734 in over 341 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 112.95 and intraday low of 108.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8366162.
