Prestige Estates Projects Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.5

The Board of the Directors of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd at their meeting held on August 10, 2021, have recommended payment of final dividend @ 15% (Rs. 1.5/- per share) on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
