Asian Granito India Ltd divests 18.87% stake in Astron Paper and Board Mills Ltd

Today (10th August, 2021) Asian Granito India Ltd in its capacity of one of the promoters has divested / sold 87,75,000 equity shares (18.87%) in Astron Paper and Board Mills Limited through Block Deal at Rs. 53.50 per share amounting to Rs. 46,94,62,500/- (Rupees Forty Six Crores Ninety Four Lakhs Sixty Two Thousand Five Hundred Only). The funds will be used for development purpose.

Shares of ASIAN GRANITO INDIA LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 176.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 181.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18858 in over 736 trades.
