Sale of 16.57% of the equity shares in the equity share capital of Mukand Ltd

On 9th August 2021, Mr. Rajesh V Shah and his family members, Mr. Suketu V Shah and his family members, Isarnan Steel & Minerals Private Limited and Sidya Investments Limited have collectively sold and transferred 2,34,25,628 (Two Crore Thirty-Four Lakhs Twenty-Five Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Eight) equity shares in the equity share capital of Mukand Limited (Company), constituting in aggregate 16.57% of the issued and paid up equity share capital in the Company, to Bajaj Sevashram Pvt. Ltd., Bachhraj& Company Pvt. Ltd., Bachhraj Factories Pvt. Ltd. and Sanrajnayan Investments Pvt. Ltd. in an inter-se transfer of shares between the promoter group entities of the Company.

Shares of Mukand Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 149.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 151.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 57168 in over 203 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 154 and intraday low of 146. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8675163.
