Navneet Tech Ventures Pvt Ltd to acquire further stake in Elation Edtech Pvt Ltd

Navneet Tech Ventures Private Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of NAVNEET EDUCATION LIMITED has entered into Securities Subscription & Securities holders' Agreement to further acquire 718 Ordinary Equity shares by way of fresh allotment by Elation Edtech Private Limited for total consideration of Rs. 2,50,21,582/-.

Consequent to Navneet Tech Ventures Private Limited becoming shareholder of Elation Edtech Private Limited, Navneet Tech Ventures Private Limited would hold 14.08% of present paid up share capital of Elation Edtech Private Limited.

Elation Edtech Private Limited was Incorporated on July 2, 2015 and is engaged in the business of providing STEM learning Online - offline solutions to children with the help of Online Courses Tinkering Lab, Innovation Lab, STEM Kits, Let's Tinker Mobile App, etc. Elation Edtech Private Limited parent company of brand 'Tinkerly' is engaged in the business of providing STEM learning Online - offline solutions to children with the help of Online Courses, Tinkering Lab, Innovation Lab, STEM Kits, Let's Tinker Mobile App, etc.

Shares of Navneet Education Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 101.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 101. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45884 in over 1070 trades.
