Natural Capsules Ltd board approves 1:2 rights issue at Rs. 100 per share

The Board of the Directors of Natural Capsules Ltd at their meeting held today, i.e. Saturday, August 07, 2021, has approved the issue of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on a Rights basis in the ratio of one share for every two shares held on the record date at a premium of Rs. 90/- per share. The details of the issue including the calls will be decided by the sub committee of the Board in consultation with the Investment Banker, for the Rights issue.

Shares of Natural Capsules Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 166.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 160.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2527 in over 74 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 170.75 and intraday low of 160.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 418623.
