Balkrishna Industries Limited board declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of directors of Balkrishna Industries Limited at its meeting held today, has declared 1st interim dividend of 4.00 per Equity Share (200%) on the Equity Shares of 2/- each (face value) for the financial year 2021-2022 and the payment thereof shall be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration as per applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013, to such shareholders as on Record Date i.e. 14th August, 2021.

Shares of Balkrishna Industries Ltd., was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2455 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2497.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15808 in over 2501 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2506.7 and intraday low of 2442.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 39010150.
