PWD, Punjab terminates concession agreement with Atlanta Ltd's SPV

Atlanta Ltd has announced that Public Works Department, Punjab ("the authority') has wrongfully terminated the Concession Agreement dated October 5, 2011 with our Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), Atlanta Ropar Tollways Private Limited. The company will challenge this illegal and wrongful termination before the appropriate authority.

Shares of Atlanta Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 13.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.04. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5829 in over 40 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 13.65 and intraday low of 12.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 74867.
