Taneja Aerospace to raise funds upto US$ 20 Million

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 14, 2006, has approved in principle the raising of funds and have convened the shareholders meeting for obtaining their approval for raising funds upto US$ 20 Million or equivalent amount in rupees in appropriate securities as may be finalized in consultation with Merchant Bankers.
