Pitti Engineering Limited board declares interim dividend of 7.5%

The Board of Directors of Pitti Engineering Limited at its meeting held today i.e. 5th August 202l has declared an interim dividend of 37.50 paisa (7.5%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

The board also fixed record date as 17th August 2021 for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22.

The interim dividend shall be paid on or before 3rd September 2021, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the register of members of the Company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on 17th August 2021 which is the record date fixed for the purpose.

Shares of PITTI ENGINEERING LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 199.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 202.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 95198 in over 2110 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 205.9 and intraday low of 190. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18886440.
