Gayatri Projects Ltd board approves preferential issue of 7.5 crore shares at Rs. 45 per share

The Board of Directors of Gayatri Projects Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. August 05, 2021, have approved the issue of up to 75,000,000 Equity shares of face value off 2/- each ("Equity Shares"), on a preferential basis ("Preferential Issue") in accordance with Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 ("SEBI ICDR Regulations"), as amended, and other applicable laws, at a price of Rs. 45/- per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 43/- per Equity Share) aggregating to 3,375,000,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Thirty Seven Crores and Fifty Lakhs Only)

Shares of Gayatri Projects Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 44.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 45.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1915886 in over 9715 trades.
