IIFL Wealth Management Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 35

The Board of Directors of IIFL Wealth Management Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 35/- per equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each; Further, pursuant to intimation dated July 27, 2021 the Board of Directors has fixed record date as August 11, 2021, for this purpose. The said interim dividend will be paid / dispatched on or before September 1, 2021.
