Balaji Amines Ltd to set up new plant for manufacturing Acetonitrile

The Board of Directors of Balaji Amines Ltd at their Meeting held on Monday, 2nd August, 2021 has approved for setting up of new plant for manufacture of Acetonitrile.

The Existing Capacity of Acetonitrile is 9000 TPA and the current capacity utilization is 60%. The company will be setting up new capacity of 16500 TPA at an outlay of Rs. 70 to 80 Crores which will be funded through internal accruals. The project will be commissioned in the next 12 to 18 months.

Shares of Balaji Amines Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3406.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3314.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21427 in over 3589 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3977 and intraday low of 3385.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 74639614.
