Sonata Software arm completes acquisition of Encore Software Services Inc

Sonata Software North America Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Sonata Software Limited (Sonata), has completed the acquisition of Encore Software Services Inc.

The Company has completed the acquisition of management control of Encore IT Services Solutions Private Limited under section 2(87)(i) of Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of Sonata Software Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 788 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 773.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20398 in over 2159 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 796 and intraday low of 780. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16059561.
