The Board of Directors of Nalin Lease Finance Limited, in their meeting held today on 02/08/2021 at the Registered Office of the company have approved & Recommend a Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share on 65,58,180 fully paid Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended on March 31st, 2021, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
