The Board of Directors of La Tim Metal & Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 2nd August, 2021, has considered and Declared an interim dividend of 5% i.e. Re.0.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/ - each for the financial year ended 3ist March, 2022 and fixed Friday, the 13th August, 2021 as Record Date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of the Company who are eligible for receipt of the Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22.
