Victory Paper & Boards India Limited to change name, to set up private Industrial Park

The Board of directors of Victory Paper & Boards India Limited recommended to the Shareholders for their approval for change the name of the Company from 'Victory Paper and Boards (India) Limited' to 'SCOOBEE DAY GARMENTS (INDIA) LIMITED' as per name availability provided by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre vide name approval letter dated 26-07-2021, and consequent changes in the MOA and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the appropriate authorities.

The Board also decided to alter AOA and MOA of the company to suit requirements of Companies Act, 2013 subject to the approvals from the regulatory authorities, shareholder approvals as required. The Board also recommended to add an additional object of clause in MOA of the company 'to setup private Industrial Parks' which is detailed in Notice to the shareholders.

Shares of Victory Paper & Boards (India) Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 179 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 170.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7680 in over 65 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 179 and intraday low of 173. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1368106.
