Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd board approves fund raising of Rs. 1000 crores

The Board of directors of Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 31-Jul-2021, has approved their recommendation to the members to obtain enabling approval for issuance of Equity Shares including Convertible Bonds / Debentures through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) and / or Depository Receipts or any other modes for an amount not exceeding Rs. 1,000 crores (Rupees One Thousand Crores Only) in the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, the date of which shall be informed in due course. Further the copy of the AGM Notice will be sent to you in due course.

Shares of GUJARAT AMBUJA EXPORTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 192.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 192.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 259004 in over 4409 trades.
