The Board of Directors of Action Construction Equipment Ltd in its meeting held on Saturday, July 31, 2021 has, considered and approved the raising of funds by issuance of securities by way of private offerings, qualified institutions placement(s) and/or any combination thereof or any other method as may be permitted under applicable law(s) subject to such approvals as may be required including the approval of the members at ensuing Annual General Meeting and further subject to such other statutory / regulatory approvals, as applicable for an aggregate amount of up to Rs. 175.00 Crores.
