CSL Finance Ltd fixes Aug 10, 2021 as record date for 2:1 bonus issue

The Management Committee of CSL Finance Ltd has fixed Tuesday, August 10, 2021 as the Record Date, for the purpose of determining the list of equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members maintained by the Company's Registrar and Transfer Agents / List of Beneficial Owners, as received from the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), who will be entitled for issue and allotment of bonus equity shares in the proportion of 2 (two) fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each for every 1 (one) fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of CSL Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 354.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 361.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5184 in over 210 trades.
