Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd Board recommends 1:2 Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. July 29, 2021 has recommended the issue of Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of 1:2 i.e. 1 bonus equity share of Rs.10/- each for 2 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs.10/- each held as on the Record Date, subject to approval of the Members of the Company.

Shares of MAHINDRA HOLIDAYS & RESORTS INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 318.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 318.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 104599 in over 3483 trades.
